I was asked to complete a rapid case study as part of an interview process. With limited upfront information, my task was to define the UX strategy, user research approach, interaction design, and visual direction for a new product - then outline a realistic 3-month roadmap explaining how I would move from discovery to delivery.
With only 15 minutes to present, I focused on showing how I think under ambiguity: how I identify the right problems, prioritize user needs, make informed design decisions, and communicate a clear, scalable vision. What I’ll walk through is not a “finished product,” but a structured, intentional approach to solving a complex design challenge quickly and thoughtfully.
